Christina & Elliot
WEDDING DAY: Love was in the air…for Christina and Elliot everything came naturally and just felt right. Upon first look of the Calistoga Estate, they could see their celebration happening in the space. Loving the gorgeous grounds and home, they felt a sense of elegance with a relaxed vibe.
Elegant yet relaxed became the tone we incorporated into every aspect of the weekend, from the ceremony, décor, food and wine to the entertainment. We used soft dusty pink, khaki, and natural wood tones for the ceremony, which was set under a majestic oak tree. Christina's bouquet, the bridesmaid's dresses, and their bouquets featured brighter tones of coral that popped against the natural setting.
As guests moved poolside for cocktails, brighter pinks and neutral steel grey tones were integrated into furnishings, linens and décor to present a fresh summer feeling. Schramsberg Blanc de Blanc was passed to guests, who enjoyed a lavish Raw Seafood Bar in addition to the full bar flowing with cocktails.
Allowing guests to enjoy every area of the property, we moved to the grand lawn and old ruins for dinner and dancing. We set the dinner tables in mixed shapes and sizes, and we chose linens in taupe and silver tones with varied sheen and textures, which gave each table its own personality while preserving the sophisticated cohesive look. With twinkling candlelight, crystal chandeliers, and overhead string lights the setting was romantic, elegant and magical. We thoughtfully paired Napa Valley wines with the elegant four-course dinner. After dinner the band kicked in with 80s and 90s covers, and for Christina, country tunes were thrown in as well. Late night guests enjoyed a Dim Sum bar, and the party moved fireside with friends, continuing late into the evening…it was all they had dreamed of and so much more…
